After completing the following online profile, click on SEND and you will receive via email a complete evaluation of your case as well as the best surgical strategy. Within one week the response to your virtual consultation will be available in ENGLISH or PORTUGUESE.
However, before you begin to fill out the
ONLINE EVALUATION with your personal data,
there are some things that you should know:
1. PHOTOS:
The better the quality of the photo you send
us, the better and more precise our evaluation
will be. The photos should be clear and taken
at the same angle and distance as the photo
examples shown below. ONLINE EVALUATIONS
sent with photos that are unfocussed, have
low light or resolution, taken in different
angles, or that do not permit us to provide
a correct evaluation of the case will not
receive a reply. Therefore, read the tips
below, before taking your photos.
2. Verify if the personal
data you send is correct, especially email
address(es) provided, as we will send your
evaluation by this means.
3. Medical information via
internet may complement, but never substitute
the personal contact between doctor and patient,
therefore, before being submitted to surgery,
you must undergo an evaluation by the doctor
and professional who will perform your surgery.
4. Some cases of corrective
surgery, that were submitted to innumerous
sessions or are atypical, may not be evaluated
virtually. We appreciate your understanding.
Tips for taking your photographs:
You should attach 3 photographs, following
the examples below. Have these photos already
prepared in your computer to send with the
information you fill out. Without the photos
we are unable to do your evaluation. In order
for the evaluation to be precise the photos
must be clear and in the same positions as
demonstrated in the photos below.
In the cases of thinning and temporal recession,
we request that you wet your hair and comb
it back to clearly show the areas affected
by hair loss.
In repair cases, include at least one close-up
photo showing the front hairline.
Try to compact the photos and send them at
150 dpis (jpeg), at a maximum of 300kb (large
photos may result in error or an exaggerated
delay when being sent).
Click on ATTACH, when you locate the photo
you wish to send, click on OPEN to attach
it, and finally SEND.
IMPORTANT!
If you accidentally attach the wrong photograph,
simply go back a step and reattach the correct
one.
